Ken has an edge over most when it comes to sales, entrepreneurship & financing. Ken’s ability to structure a deal comes from his analytics knowledge obtained from Ryerson University in Mechanical Engineering.
Ken began his sales career as a Commercial Real Estate Broker with a regional real estate firm in 2005. During the time spent structuring real estate deals, Ken was frequently asked by his clients to help them retain financing on their transactions. He noticed most of his clients that retained other financing brokers had very little knowledge on the transactions that were being brought to them. He immediately saw a market and decided to act.
In 2008 Ken obtained his FSCO registration as a Mortgage Broker and partnered with Balbir to establishing a boutique Mortgage Brokerage and Finance advisory firm. They both had huge success in retaining their clients financing in various industry sectors ranging from hospitality to industrial to manufacturing to transportation and retail.
After 7 years the vision for both Ken & Balbir shifted as they were presented with a unique financing proposition from a long time client and they decided to launch Capital Avenue Corp to assist leaders like their long time client of mid-market companies achieve their higher goals in business.
Ken continues to thrive in his business through associations and education. Currently enrolled with CCIM Institute and is a candidate of the CCIM designation. He also continues to pursue his MBA.
Ken lives in Mississauga with his wife and 2 children. Ken is a huge fan of the football, basketball and loves the water!
