Balbir Saral is a pioneer of commercial lending and M&A. He began his career in the brokerage industry in 1988 with Canada Trust. Balbir was quick to notice the importance of affiliating himself with lending institutions or firms to assist his clients for financing. It was imminent to have the right financing options available for his clients during the days of lending rates reaching higher than 20%. It was an asset to have the lending arms of Canada Trust to quickly provide term sheets for his clients when the need to finance the transaction was critical.
Balbir continued to work in the space independently until he partnered up with Ken in 2005 at a regional real estate M&A firm. Ken and Balbir became a force at the firm and became top producers by the year 2007.
In 2008, together with Ken, Balbir founded a mortgage and financing firm in Mississauga. For the past 7 years, Balbir was the Broker of Record & President of the brokerage and was involved in all aspects of the development of business. Balbir assisted clients in all industry sectors to retain acquisition financing, refinancing, sales and buyouts.
Balbir has extensive experience, successfully completing transactions in a variety of industries. His focus and experience includes business succession or sale, real state mergers and acquisitions and raising capital.
Balbir resides in Mississauga with his wife and 2 children. He enjoys walks and spending priceless time with his grandchildren.
